Policies & Procedures

 EXPECTATIONS:

  • Be on time, prepared, with proper shoes for scheduled classes.
  • In ALL ballet classes, dancers should have the correct leotard, tights, and skin tone ballet slippers. (Please see our attire list...must be ordered online via dancewearsolutions or capezio)
  • Dancer hair should be pulled back and out of your face for most of the classes. Ballet students should have their hair in a bun.
  • Due to Covid-19 there are no visitors allowed in any classes (NO EXCEPTIONS)!
  • OUR LOBBY IS CLOSED: Due to Covid-19 we are asking that parents wait in their vehicles until their dancer has completed their class.
  • Dancer must be respectful to all peers and staff.
  • If you or your child cause serious injury (emotional or physical) to another child, parent, or staff member, said persons may be immediately removed from program at Dani's Dance Dynamics, LLC. 
  • We have an anti-bullying policy and students must adhere by the rules, or students can be removed from the program.


ATTENDANCE:

Attendance is extremely important! 

Dancers must be ON TIME! Dancers must come dressed in the appropriate attire. Please refer to the schedule to ensure you have the correct times for your dancer.

Recreational Dancers ONLY: Ages 2-9, you are allowed to make-up at least three of your missed classes on another day of the week, throughout the entire dance year. You must notify the office before showing up on a make-up day. Make up days DO NOT include natural disasters, such as hurricane evacuations, mandatory government shut-downs, etc.

INCLEMENT WEATHER DAYS:
We will be following the Beaufort County School District School Calendar occasionally. When there is no school, in most cases there will be no dance (this does not apply to our competition team). Please follow our Facebook page and check your email to stay up-to-date on cancellations, performances, weather days, make up days, etc.

TUITION:

There is an annual one-time registration fee of $40 per family. Tuition will be due on the 1st of every month, with a seven-day grace period. Any payment received after the 7th will be entitled to a $15 late fee. You are responsible for purchasing costumes, supplies, hotel rooms, food, etc. 


REFUND POLICY:

Cancellation of membership: Cancellations must be made between the 1st and the 5th. Any cancellations made after the 5th are subject to full monthly tuition payment with no refund on classes.  Cancellation must be made via email, phone call, or in person. 


We accept the following forms of payment:

Cash

Check (make out to Dani's Dance Dynamics, LLC)

Money Order (make out to Dani's Dance Dynamics, LLC)

Cashier's Check (make out to Dani's Dance Dynamics, LLC)

Online Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through the parent portal


WAIVER RELEASE FORM:

Every dancer must have a signed waiver release form on file. This must also be signed online in the student portal.
